解脲脲原体(Ureaplasma urealyticum,UU)属于条件致病微生物,可从精子生成、精子形态和活力、免疫性不育、附属性腺功能、脂类代谢等方面影响男性生育功能。UU根据分子生物学特征分成2个生物群或者14个血清型,近年来,UU基因分型(生物群)有取代血清学分型的趋势,但UU分型与男性不育之间的关系尚未明确。简单、快捷的液体培养基检测方法联合固体培养基检测,能提高UU检测的特异性和敏感性,避免抗生素的滥用,降低UU的耐药性,将成为UU检测方法的发展趋势。
Ureaplasma urealyticum (UU) is a pathogenic microorganism that affects male fertility in terms of sperm production, sperm morphology and viability, immune sterility, accessory gland function and lipid metabolism. In recent years, UU genotyping (biome) has the tendency to replace serological typing. However, the relationship between UU typing and male infertility has not been clarified yet . The simple and rapid liquid culture medium detection combined with solid medium detection can improve the specificity and sensitivity of UU detection, avoid the abuse of antibiotics and reduce the drug resistance of UU, which will become the development trend of UU detection methods.
