“节能低碳”已经成为当今世界设计主要方向,要解决问题就要从环境危害的根源做起,在设计中不仅要考虑到美观实用性还要考虑到节能问题。生态环境最基本的要素是“绿”。“绿色”在这里已从狭隘的色彩概念转变为环保和生态意识概念。绿色不单指色彩,而是代表一种崇尚自然、回归自然的设计理念。尽可能少消耗资源和能源,与环境生态友好、能够为人类提供健康舒适环境。从现代生态型住宅小区的规划设计上看,小区总体布局、单体空间组合、房屋构造、自然能源的利用、节能措施以及绿化系统的设计,都以遵循可持续发展为出发点和目标。 “Energy-saving low-carbon ” has become the main direction of design in today’s world, to solve the problem we must start from the root causes of environmental hazards, in the design not only to consider the beautiful and practical but also take into account the energy-saving issues. The most basic element of the ecological environment is “green”. Here green has changed from a narrow color concept to an eco-friendly and eco-conscious concept. Green not only refers to the color, but represents a kind of respect for nature, return to nature’s design concept. Minimize the consumption of resources and energy, make it environmentally friendly and provide a healthy and comfortable environment for human beings. From the perspective of planning and design of modern ecological residential district, the overall layout of residential area, unit space composition, building structure, utilization of natural energy, energy-saving measures and the design of greening system all follow the sustainable development as the starting point and goal.
