信用卡是记录持卡人账户相关信息,具备银行授信额度和透支功能,并为持卡人提供相关银行服务的介质。它集取现、转账、结算、信贷等多种功能于一身,已经逐渐成为一种重要的个人支付结算和融资消费的工具。但由于信用卡的费用计收相对复杂,与银行传统的信贷产品存在较大差异,在实践中容易引发争议,因而有必要对相关概念及法律适用进一步厘清,以防范相关法律风险。
