目的:探讨4种不同检验方法对于细菌性阴道炎(BV)的诊断价值。方法:搜集200例怀疑细菌性阴道炎的患者,所有患者均需进行阴道分泌物检查,检查方法为p H值检测方法、线索细胞检测方法、胺试验检测方法及BV快速检测方法。比较200例怀疑细菌性阴道炎的患者经不同阴道分泌物检查方法检测后的准确率,进而探讨出有效检测细菌性阴道炎的方法。结果:p H值检测法的准确率显著低于其他方法,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。线索细胞检测法的准确率最高,两两比较后得出,线索细胞检测法与BV快速检测法检验的准确率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:每种阴道分泌物检验方法都具有其独特的特点,其中线索细胞检测法的准确率最高,但其方法较为繁琐;BV快速检测法则具有高诊断性及操作简便等优点;而p H值检测法及胺试验检测法的准确率虽不如其他方法,但两种检验方法可联合使用,以提高诊断的准确率。
Objective: To investigate the diagnostic value of four different test methods for bacterial vaginosis (BV). Methods: 200 patients with suspected bacterial vaginosis were collected. All patients were tested for vaginal secretions by p H value detection method, clue cell method, amine test method and BV rapid test method. The diagnostic accuracy of different vaginal secretions in 200 cases of suspected bacterial vaginosis was compared, and then the effective method to detect bacterial vaginosis was explored. Results: The accuracy of p H value test was significantly lower than other methods, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The accuracy of clue cell test was the highest, and it was found after comparing with each other. The accuracy of clue cell test and BV rapid test was no significant difference (P> 0.05). Conclusion: Each vaginal discharge test has its own unique characteristics, of which the highest accuracy of clues cell detection method, but the method is more complicated; BV rapid detection method has the advantages of high diagnostic and easy to operate; and p H value Although the accuracy of the test method and the amine test method is not as good as that of other methods, the two test methods can be combined to improve the diagnostic accuracy.
