针对目前大多数集装箱码头主要是通过人工手段实现冷箱信息监控,存在监控周期过长、需专人从事监控工作和有安全隐患等不足的问题,中远希腊码头有限公司副总经理孙凯先生结合其所负责的码头项目的实施经验,撰写了《关于集装箱码头冷箱信息监控自动化方案的研究》,深入探讨集装箱码头如何选择冷箱信息监控自动化的方案,以期通过提升码头自身的冷箱服务,使冷藏货物能以最佳质量交付货主使用或船东运输,最终为码头创造更好的效益。文章提出,集装箱码头冷箱信息监控自动化实现方法有两个:1. 通过冷箱电源线来对冷箱进行监控;2. 通过冷箱控制专用串行插口对冷箱进行监控。文章还指出,是否将集装箱码头提升到冷箱自动监控方式或用何种自动化方式主要应从以下三个方面考虑:1. 目前冷箱业务量及以后发展趋势;2. 人工成本;3. 码头所处理箱量中带有RMMModem冷箱比例。
At present, most container terminals mainly realize the monitoring of cold box information by manual means, and there are problems such as long monitoring period, lack of supervision and work safety and potential safety problems. The article proposes that there are two ways to automate container terminal cold box information monitoring: 1. Monitor the cold box through the cold box power cable; 2. Monitor the cold box through the cold box control dedicated serial jack. The article also pointed out that whether to enhance the container terminal to the cold box automatic monitoring method or what kind of automation should be mainly from the following three aspects: 1 current cold box business volume and the future development trend; 2 labor costs; Handle volume with RMMModem cold box ratio.
