教师作为教书育人的执行者,只有内心愉悦了,才能全身心投入教育,才能成就学生的真正成长。教师要履行教书育人的责任,必须要实现自身的专业成长,而要实现发展,其所处的环境也至关重要。教师成长的环境,即教师具体从事工作、学习活动的校内外环境。学校在最大限度地挖掘教师潜能,提高教学效益的同时,更应尊重教师劳动,不断调控与优化教师成长的工作环境,以实现教师更好更快地专业发展。
Teachers, as practitioners of teaching and educating people, can only devote themselves whole-heartedly to education in order to achieve the true growth of students. To fulfill the responsibility of teaching and educating teachers, teachers must realize their own professional growth, and to achieve development, the environment in which they work is also crucial. Teacher growth environment, that is, teachers specifically engaged in work, learning activities within and outside the school environment. While maximizing the potential of teachers and improving teaching effectiveness, schools should respect teachers’ work and continuously regulate and optimize the working environment for the growth of teachers in order to achieve better and faster professional development of teachers.
