本文研究含Ce、Sr、Ba、Ca、Al硅基孕育剂对各种壁厚试样的孕育作用。试验表明:采用低锰生铁作炉料,用具有相当孕育能力的低镁低稀土球化剂,并采用ReSiCaAl—75SiFe合金或Si—Sr合金作孕育剂,有可能制造壁厚5~30毫米铸态铁素体球铁件。
In this paper, with Ce, Sr, Ba, Ca, Al silicon-based inoculant on a variety of wall thickness of the sample inoculation. The experiment shows that it is possible to fabricate a cast steel with a wall thickness of 5 to 30 mm using a low manganese pig iron as a charge and a low magnesium and low rare earth nodulizer having a considerable inoculation capacity and using ReSiCaAl-75SiFe alloy or Si-Sr alloy as inoculants Ferrite nodular pieces.
