In April 1990, the former State Ministry of Radio, Film and Television set up the Shanghai Television Festival and the Sichuan Television Festival to make them a window open to radio and television systems. The two TV festivals are held every other year, with the former held in double numbers and the latter held in singles. Since 1991, Sichuan TV Festival has been successfully held for seven times and gradually developed into one of the most famous and important international film festivals in Asia. It is also one of the main channels for the import and export of Chinese television programs. The 8th Sichuan Television Festival held this year continued with its original style, showing some new features and exposing some shortcomings. The writer, focusing on the perspectives of witnesses, talked about the difference between the program trading market on the festival and the Golden Panda "Some awards documentary selection activities.
