毋庸讳言,学生存在着个性差异。这种差异主要体现在基础知识、基本技能掌握上的差异;学习方法、习惯、能力上的差异;适应班级的教学环境、教学方法程度上的差异。这些差异可以把学生分为不同的层次。从这一点出发,课堂教学只有做到因材施教、实施分层教学,才能真正有效地达到教学的目的。一、学生分层,落实因材施教的原则做好分层教学的首要环节是进行学生分层,可以说这是分层教学的关键和基础。我根据学生知识结构、能力优势和学习需要的不同,将全班学生分为A、B、C三层:A层是知识基础和水平智力较差、接受能力不强、学习积极性
