作为一个管理者,总要同各式各样的人打交道,凡是人都是有思想有感情的。管理的首要任务就是做好思想工作,调动人的积极性。而很多人都认为做人的工作很难,认为这是各项管理中最不容易做好的工作。正因如此,是管理者,就必须思考和研究如何做好人的工作,怎样调动人的积极性这样一个重要问题。 管理要讲究艺术性,注意工作方法。在“以人为本”的管理方式上或在处理人的问题时,应该把握人的待性,把冷冰冰的管理变得有情感,才能获得人心,尤其要讲究表扬和批评的艺术,这对于调整企业人际关系,调动人的积极性是极为重要的。
