为了解决煤矿井下水仓清理工作的困难,提高清理效率,减轻劳动强度,逐步实现水仓清理机械化,河北省煤矿设计院与峰峰矿务局通二矿和北京煤机厂合作,先后试制了两台水仓清理机样机,并由煤炭部设计管理局主持通过了技术鉴定。经使用证明:该机设汁合理、结构紧凑、操作方便、运转可靠,便于拆装与维修。该机由履带行走机构、螺旋输送机构和刮板输送机构等部分组成(附图)。螺旋输送器设计为450、700、900 mm三种规格,根据水仓的具体情况,可以组合为2900、3400、3800 mm等不同长度的螺旋输送机构,以满足不同宽度的水仓全断面清
