目前高炉炉料要求铁矿石进一步破碎和分级,大部份还需要分选,本文从对炉料的这些日益提高的要求出发,根据大型选矿厂典型的工艺流程,叙述生产高炉、烧结厂和球团厂的最终产品,以及通过细磨生产精矿时,各种干式和湿式分级方法和分级设备的实际应用。同时还报道了澳大利亚、西德、巴西和利比里亚等国选矿厂中使用振动筛、螺旋分级机、水力旋流器和微孔筛(Mikrosieben)或细筛(Rapif-ine-Sieben)的生产结果和经验。
At present, blast furnace charge requires further crushing and classification of iron ore, and most of them still need sorting. Based on these increasingly demanding requirements for charging, the paper describes the production of blast furnaces, sintering plants and pellets according to the typical process flow of large beneficiation plants. The final product of the mill, as well as the practical application of various dry and wet classification methods and grading equipment when producing concentrate by fine grinding.
