目的:探究健康教育路径在结核科患者健康教育中的应用效果。方法:研究对象选取为2015年医院收治的100例结核病患者,采用数字表法随机分为观察组和对照组各50例,对照组患者采用常规健康教育方案,观察组患者则应用健康教育路径进行宣教,比较两组患者的健康教育成果及护理满意度。结果:观察组患者的健康教育达标率达到98.00%,显著高于对照组的68.00%(P<0.05);观察组患者的护理满意度达到100.00%,显著高于对照组的88.00%(P<0.05)。结论:将健康教育路径应用于结核科患者的健康宣教,能够有效提高患者的疾病相关认知,改善患者的护理满意度。
Objective: To explore the application effect of health education path in health education of tuberculosis patients. Methods: The subjects were selected from 100 cases of tuberculosis admitted to the hospital in 2015. The patients were randomly divided into observation group (50 cases) and control group (50 cases) by using the digital table method. The control group received routine health education program, and the observation group Discipline, compare the two groups of patients with health education outcomes and nursing satisfaction. Results: The compliance rate of health education in the observation group reached 98.00%, which was significantly higher than that in the control group (68.00%, P <0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the observation group reached 100.00%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group (88.00%, P < 0.05). Conclusion: Applying the path of health education to health education of tuberculosis patients can effectively improve patients’ cognition of disease and improve their satisfaction with nursing.
