多年以来,本人一直担任初四毕业班的数学教师。每接手一个新的班级,就会发现随着知识的深入,学生两极分化越来越严重。如何消除两极分化,发挥学生的潜能,是我们初四数学教师应该努力探索的问题。教学中,我就如何培养学生的学习兴趣,激发学生学习数学的积极性;针对中考题的出题模式,怎样在平时的教学中培养学生的能力,掌握解题的技巧等方面做了一些探索,采取了相应的策略:一、联系实际生活,激发学生学习数学的兴趣
