我校是一所义务教育阶段六年制小学,地处县城中心,学生成份主要来源于油田居民。由于油田工作性质的特殊性,职工家庭状况复杂。随着近几年油田基地的搬迁、学校属地移交政策等原因,原编制的近百名教师全部移交西安,现有教师60%于原校教师移交后从师范院校补招进校,新老交替瞬间断层。加快优化师资队伍步伐是在最短的时间解决诸多问题
