本文通过对一台5t/h 的两排大间距冷风冲天炉的全面测试,进行热平衡计算的结果分析出:冲天炉的主要热损失为 CO 的化学不完全燃烧热损失(可占1/3)和炉体的蓄热散热损失,并从节能的观点出发提出了应采取的相应措施,特别从理论到实践对二次送风的关键问题即送风位置、风量及风口大小的确定进行了讨论分析,并提出了计算二次送风风量的方法,还针对人们对二次送风所担心的问题,如怕产生第二熔化带,怕铁水氧化,硅锰烧损增加等,从理论上予以澄清。因而从理论到实践对高温、优质、高效的大排距加二次送风冲天炉予以充分的肯定,为这种冲天炉的发展、推广提供了理论依据。
