高职教育以适应社会需求、培养高等技术应用性人才为目标。课程体系建设是高职教育的核心问题,也是高职教学改革的重点。区别于普通高等教育,高职教育课程体系改革必须按照社会需求和人才培养目标,遵循实践性和应用性的原则进行,着眼于学生岗位职业能力、人才培养的多向性和社会需求的多样性。准确定位专业培养目标是课程体系建设的前提条件;围绕专业培养目标建立课程体系结构才更具有科学性和实践性;师资队伍建设直接关系到课程体系建设的成败。
Higher vocational education in order to meet the needs of society, training of applied talents of higher technology as the goal. The construction of curriculum system is the core issue of higher vocational education and also the focus of higher vocational education reform. Different from general higher education, the reform of higher vocational education curriculum system must follow the social needs and personnel training objectives, abide by the principles of practicality and applicability, and focus on the professional competence of students, the diversity of personnel training and the diversity of social needs . Accurate positioning of professional training objectives is the precondition for the construction of the curriculum system. It is more scientific and practical to establish the curriculum structure around the professional training objectives. The construction of teaching staff is directly related to the success or failure of the curriculum system.
