目前的轨道交通仍然把太多精力放在了对于运力提升的考虑上,而忽略了对于管理机制的重视。中国最大规模的一次地铁信号系统改造工程将在北京地铁1号线展开。这意味着1号线的最小发车间隔有望“跑”进2分钟。本次工程,让公众再一次将视线转到了地铁交通的速度和运力的层面上来。而在中国科学院科技政策与管理科学研究所陈安博士看来,“目前的轨道交通仍然把太多精力放在了对于运力提升的考虑上,而忽略了对于管理机制的重视”。
The current rail transit still places too much emphasis on capacity considerations, while ignoring the emphasis on regulatory mechanisms. China’s largest subway signal transformation project will be carried out in Beijing Metro Line 1. This means that the minimum departure interval for Line 1 is expected to run for 2 minutes. This project will allow the public to turn their attention once again to the speed and capacity of the MTR. In the opinion of Dr. Chen An, Institute of Science, Technology, Policy and Management Science, Chinese Academy of Sciences, “the current rail transit still places too much energy on consideration of capacity improvement while ignoring the emphasis on management mechanism.”
