小学教师是云南省基础教育中一支强有力的队伍 ,他们对教师素质的认识状况怎样 ,不仅影响到他们对待教育工作的基本态度和对于教师职业所持的一般看法 ,而且还将影响到其教育观念的转变、国家素质教育精神的落实和基础教育的质量。本文在大量调查研究的基础上 ,通过深入分析云南省小学教师对自身应具备素质的认识现状 ,提出了一些有针对性的解决措施和建设性建议 ,希望能对云南省小学教师队伍整体素质的提高起到积极的促进作用
