新课程实施已几年了,但现在的中小学教学仍然存在不少问题,部分老师在平时教学中又回到了习惯的老路上去,教师教得无味,学生学得无趣;教师教得辛苦,学生学得痛苦,靠课后“磨”来提高学生学习成绩一直是部分老师的“绝招”。尤其是地处偏僻的乡村小学,面对新的课程标准,部分老同志迷茫,部分年轻同志热情高涨,但课堂教学高耗低效,缺乏策略,成为教与学中比较突出的问题。
