新钢公司燃一氧枪工程中的氧气管道(管径108mm,长70mm,压力2.0MPa)施工完毕后,按冶金部《氧气安全规程》及设计要求,管道须经8h无油空气吹扫清除管内铁锈及杂质后方可投入使用。但新管连接在铁合金富氧干管上,如按常规做法,即启动氧气站氧压机抽取无油空气吹扫,则三钢厂炼钢炉及铁合金富氧站都得停产,造成经济损失。 笔者认为利用瞬间释放瓶装无油压缩空气的能量——爆破法,可吹扫清除管内杂物。

I believe that the use of instant release of bottled oil-free compressed air energy - blasting method can purge purge tube debris.
