将肝靶向性基团吡哆醇通过间隔基引入到二乙三胺五乙酸(DTPA)配体, 再与Gd3+或Mn2+ 配位, 合成了两类顺磁性金属配合物. 其结构经1H NMR, UV和IR表征. 测定了这些配合物在水溶液中水质子的纵向弛豫率R1. 配体用放射性核素99Tc标记, 研究了配体的肝靶向性. 实验结果表明, 引入靶向基团后配体对肝细胞显示靶向性. 动物磁共振成像实验进一步证实了配合物的肝靶向性.
Two groups of paramagnetic metal complexes were synthesized by introducing the liver targeting group pyridoxine into diethylenetriaminepentaacetic acid (DTPA) ligand through spacers and then coordinating with Gd3 + or Mn2 + .The structure was confirmed by 1H NMR , UV and IR. The longitudinal relaxation rate (R1) of water protons of these complexes in aqueous solution was measured.The ligands were labeled with radionuclide 99Tc to study the hepatic targeting of the ligands.The experimental results showed that the introduction of target The ligation of the livers shows the targeting of hepatocytes.Animal magnetic resonance imaging experiments further confirm the liver targeting of the complexes.
