本文介绍一种整机全速平衡法——三圆平衡法。它适用于航空发动机和一般高速旋转机械转子的动平衡。三圆平衡法是在平衡测试中,以转子不平衡量的大小做三个圆并汇交于一点,以确定出转子轻点的方位和大小,因此,称为三圆平衡法。据知国外都有较广的应用。本文对三圆平衡法的操作内容、步骤、特点作了说明并推导了计算方法。同时把运用三圆平衡法对几种不同类型的转子进行的实测作了简要的介绍,为国内没有成套平衡设备的工作者,和工地的平衡操作者提供了一种既适用又简单的平衡方法。通过一些单位的运用和试验,已基本摸索出一套“三圆平衡法”具体实施的经验——查图法。使操作者能避免“三圆平衡法”的不足之处“过不平衡”的问题。同时也能较简便快速地直接在试车台架式工地上完成改善发动机振动或振动排故障的工作。图17幅,表1个。
This article describes a machine full speed balancing method - three round balance method. It is suitable for aero-engine and general high-speed rotating machinery rotor balancing. Through the use and trial of some units, we have basically found out a set of experiences in the implementation of the “three rounds of balance” - Chaitu. So that operators can avoid the “three rounds of balance” deficiencies “overbalanced” issue.
