教人未见意趣,必不乐学(朱熹)。可见,让学生在轻松、愉悦的教学过程中主动、有效地学习,培养其浓厚的学习兴趣是前提条件。一、创设学习环境在当前的教育环境下,初中生在校学习任务普遍较重,甚至于部分初中生产生了厌学情绪;但这些花季的孩子们又具有乐动、猎奇、性格开朗、爱好多样等等特征。教师应深入了解学生的特点,应在教学过程巧妙引导,激发学生的学习兴趣,使学生从怕学、厌学到向往、主动喜欢语文课,从而提高课堂教学的效果。
