作者使用FR-4功能性矫治器对安氏Ⅰ类骨性前牙开(牙合)的患儿进行矫治。病例选择标准为:①安氏Ⅰ类磨牙关系;②上下中切牙切点在N-Me线上的投影点间的距离至少为1mm;③高角病例(SN-G_0Me角≥37°);④替牙期患者。作者按此标准选择40位土耳其患儿,随机分成两组,一组作对照组,一组为治疗组,每组20名。开始矫治时的平均年龄治疗组为8.7岁,对照组为8.9岁。治疗组患者戴用矫治器每天18h,并作唇闭合训练。戴用矫治器时间长,唇闭合训练好与矫治效果成正相关,所以必须要有患儿及家长的良好配合。经两年时间的治疗,治疗前后拍照头颅侧位片进行对比,通过观察测量比较,结果显示:对照组下颌骨自发的向下向后生长,治疗组下颌骨则变为向上向前生长,由于下颌骨向上向前旋转,骨性前牙开(牙合)畸形成功地得到矫正。作者指出,骨性前牙开(牙合)通常比其他错(牙合)畸形在治
The authors used the FR-4 functional appliance to treat children with Class I osteosynthesis anterior teeth. Case selection criteria: ① Class Ⅰ molar relationship; ② upper and lower incisors tangent point in the N-Me line projection distance between the points at least 1mm; ③ high angle cases (SN-G_0Me angle ≥ 37 °); ④ Periodontal patients. The authors selected 40 Turkish children according to this criteria and were randomly divided into two groups, one for the control group and one for the treatment group, 20 in each group. The mean age at onset of treatment was 8.7 years in the treatment group and 8.9 years in the control group. Patients in the treatment group weighed 18 hours a day and performed lip-closure training. Wearing orthodontics for a long time, lip closure and orthodontic training is a good correlation, so there must be good cooperation between children and parents. After two years of treatment, before and after treatment of photographing the cranial flaps were compared by observing and measuring the results showed that: the control group mandibular spontaneous downward backward growth, the treatment group of the mandible becomes upward and upward growth, due to Mandibular upward rotation forward, bony anterior teeth (occlusion) deformity successfully corrected.
