随着我国经济建设的发展和农村外出务工人员的增多,广大的农村家庭“留守学生”问题已成为当前我国社会转型时期一个独特而重要的问题。我校地处农村,留守学生较多,因此,留守学生的管教问题已成为学校尤其是班主任面临的一个十分重要的课题。所谓留守学生,指的是父母均外出务工的农村子女,委托他人或者无人监护的在校就读的学生。这一特殊群体因常年缺少父母关爱,多存在不少心理问题,作为班主任,应认真做好留守学生的心理健康教育,
With the development of China’s economy and the increase of migrant workers in rural areas, the vast majority of rural families have already become a unique and important issue in the current period of social transformation in our country. Our school is located in rural areas, leaving more students, therefore, the discipline of the left-behind students has become a school, especially the class teacher is facing a very important issue. The so-called left-behind students refer to rural children whose parents are both migrant workers, students who are entrusted to others or go to school without supervision. Due to the lack of parental care for many years, this special group has many psychological problems. As a teacher in charge of class, we should conscientiously do a good job of psychological health education for left-behind students,
