在我国建材工业的发展中,央企和国有大型企业担负着更多的社会责任,为振兴行业起到了举足轻重的作用。2011年,一批央企在国际金融形势不断波动的环境中锐意进取,调整产品产业结构,加快转变发展方式,提升企业品牌形象,注重社会经济效益,并大胆实施“走出去”发展战略,积极参与国际经济合作与竞争,取得了良好业绩,为建材工业的发展做出了突出贡献,也为“十二五”开局之年增添了亮丽的风景。协会会员单位中国中材集团是国企“走出去”的典型代表,以中国水泥工业技术与装备成套的整体实力,国际市场成功的运作,赢得了国企占据国际市场“第一”的殊荣。董事长谭仲明的这篇“中国企业如何掌握国际市场话语权”首发于人民日报2011年11月30日07版,本刊再次刊登,希望与全体会员单位共享成功经验,以期对会员有所启迪和帮助。
