以切除能力和试件硬度下降为评价指标,用磨削试验法对常用的氯系列、磷系列和有机金属系列极压添加剂的效果进行了试验研究。提出了一种湿式磨削环境下工件表层的微观结构模型,可用来说明切削液的边界润滑效应。在此基础上研制出的 Y Q 系列油基切削液产品经生产试验证实效果十分明显。
With the ablation ability and specimen hardness reduction as evaluation indexes, the effects of common chlorine series, phosphorus series and organometallic series extreme pressure additives were studied by grinding test method. A microstructure model of workpiece surface under wet grinding environment is proposed to illustrate the boundary lubrication effect of cutting fluid. Based on this, the Y Q series oil-based cutting fluid developed by our company has proved to be very effective.
