对中小学教师的教育科研方法培训三十年来长盛不衰。谁都不能说没有效果,而且教育科研成果的进步也确实能证明教师的科研能力和水平在不断提升。但同时,我们也常常听到一线教师对科研方法培训效果不满意的牢骚。有无必要研究一下各种教育科研方法培训的实际效果究竟有多大?或者说,教育科研方法的培训活动面临着怎样的困境?改进的方向又在哪里?设有教育学院(系)的高校基本都有从事教育科研方法教学的专业教师,任何地区的教育行政机构也都附设有负责该地区教育教学研究的专门机构,这些机构同时负责组织对该地区中小学教师的教育科研方法的培训工作。
The education of primary and secondary school teachers in research and training methods for thirty years has been growing. No one can say that there is no effect, and the progress of education and scientific research can indeed prove that teachers’ capabilities and level of scientific research are constantly improving. However, at the same time, we often hear complaints from front-line teachers who are dissatisfied with the effectiveness of training in scientific research methods. Is it necessary to study the actual effect of various training methods of education and scientific research exactly how much? Or that the training activities of education and scientific research methods are faced with what difficulties? Where is the direction of improvement? Colleges and universities with education colleges All have professional teachers engaged in the teaching of research methods of education and research. Educational administrative institutions in any region also have specialized institutions in charge of educational and teaching research in the area. These institutions are also responsible for organizing the training of educational and scientific methods of primary and secondary school teachers in the region.
