一所学校的教改状况如何,很大程度上决定于校长的教学思想是否正确。然而,校长正确教学思想的付诸实施,并不是一件容易的事,需要经历使自己的教学思想变为全校教师的教学思想,进而变为全校教师的自觉行动的复杂过程。实现这个过程,靠一般的号召不行,靠简单的行政命令更无济于事,要十分讲究领导艺术。这个领导艺术集中表现为“善于引导”。
A school’s teaching reform status, to a large extent, depends on the principal’s teaching philosophy is correct. However, it is not an easy task for the principals to put into practice the correct teaching ideas.
