“校本研修互助培训网”是大连市“十二五”教师培训的新模式。作为一名小学语文教研员,如何在其中发挥自己应有的作用,是我一直思考和实践的问题。一年来,在上级业务主管部门的指导下,经过全区语文教师的努力,我们在互助培训中取得了一些成绩。一、打磨研修主题,找准活动切入点确定研修主题是互助培训活动起步阶段的一项重要工作。基地校负责人所确定的主题,往往有的过大,有的过偏,研究起来不着边际,不易操作,势必影响实效性。因此,帮助负责人认真选好研修主题,以此为切入点,意义十分重大。首先,我让各基地校负责人从学科前沿角度考虑。2011版语文课标刚刚颁布,学习新课标,践行新课标,是
