目的:探讨事件刺激处理时心理活动的脑电生理改变。方法:应用脑电地形图的检测技术对30例正常人安静状态及在两种作业难度下脑电功率值的变化进行观察。结果:①事件刺激后α2频带功率值降低,β、α1频带功率值增高,变化以枕区、顶区、后颞区的功率值最为显著;②随作业难度的增加α2频带功率呈梯度降低,β频带功率则呈梯度增高;③在心算过程中,安静状态下呈现的两侧半球电位值差异消失。结论:心算期间大脑皮层出现事件相关去同步化,并存在区域性差异。更高作业难度将导致更广泛更持久的脑电去同步化
Objective: To investigate the electrophysiological changes of mental activity in the event of stimulus. Methods: EEG topography was used to detect the changes of EEG power in 30 normal subjects in quiet state and in two kinds of work difficulty. Results: (1) The power of α 2 band decreased and the power of β 1 and α 1 bands increased after stimulation. The power of occipital, apical and posterior temporal regions were the most significant. (2) The power of α 2 band decreased with the difficulty of operation, β-band power showed a gradient increase; ③ in the process of mental arithmetic, quiet state showed the hemispheric potential difference disappeared. Conclusions: Event-related desynchronization of the cerebral cortex during mental arithmetic and regional differences exist. Higher job difficulty will result in a more extensive and more permanent EEG de-synchronization
