这个开学季,我们的目光又一次投向了“教师”群体。在教育规划纲要的落实之年和“十二五”的开局之年,作为教育事业发展第一资源的教师无疑被赋予了更多的期待与关注。怎样促进教师的专业化发展?学校管理在教师专业发展中起何作用?教师的效能如何提升?影响教师满意度的因素又有哪些?这些问题的解决需要科学、有力的研究支撑。中国有1300多万的普通中小学专任教师,是世界上最庞大的教师专业团体,但长期以来,我国一直缺乏大型、符合国际规范和全面可靠的教师教育专业数据库与信息系统,很难对中国教师教育状况和完善教师教育政策提供有效、可靠的监测。岁末年初,一项名为“中国中小学教师专业发展状况调查与政策分析报告”在全国引起了积极的反响。作为我国首次进行的大型而科学规范的基础教育教师专业发展状况调查,该调查由华东师范大学教育科学学院牵头,联合9省市自治区的师范大学,历时3年,遍访全国市县乡镇300余所中小学,在国内千万名基础教育教师中抽样调查11190个样本。这份42万字的“师资家底”涉及18个专题,为国家完善教师专业发展政策提供了科学依据,也让我们更近距离地了解、认识教师群体,思考提升教师队伍整体素质、促进教师专业化发展的有效路径。

What factors affect the satisfaction of teachers? The solution of these problems needs scientific and strong research support. China has more than 13 million regular full-time teachers for primary and secondary schools and is the largest professional body of teachers in the world. However, for a long time, our country has been lacking large-scale professional database and information system of teacher education in line with international norms and comprehensiveness, Teacher education and improve teacher education policies to provide effective and reliable monitoring. The end of the year, a “survey of the professional development of primary and secondary school teachers in China and policy analysis report ” aroused a positive response in the country. As the first survey conducted by our country for the large-scale science-based basic education teachers’ professional development, the survey was led by the Education and Science College of East China Normal University and the joint normal universities in 9 provinces and municipalities. It lasted for 3 years and visited over 300 cities, towns, By primary and secondary schools, 11,190 samples were sampled from among 10 million basic education teachers in the country. This 42,000-character “teacher’s home” involves 18 topics and provides a scientific basis for the country to perfect the professional development policies for teachers. It also enables us to understand and recognize teachers groups more closely and to think about enhancing the overall quality of teachers and teachers. Effective path to professional development.
