现代饭店业的竞争归根结底就是人才和服务的竞争,高素质的员工队伍是饭店最宝贵的财富。高水平的人力资源管理直接影响着星级饭店的服务水平,通过改革开放几十年的发展,我国饭店事业在硬件配置上已经追赶上了发达国家的水平,但饭店服务质量却远远落后于发达国家,未能制定完善的员工绩效考核与激励机制体系应该说是造成该种现象的最重要原因之一。
In the final analysis, the competition in modern hotel industry is the competition of talents and service. The high-quality staff is the most valuable asset of the hotel. High-level human resource management directly affects the service level of star-rated hotels. Through the decades of reform and opening up, China's hotel industry has caught up with the developed countries in terms of hardware configuration, but the service quality of hotels lags far behind that of Developed countries, failure to develop a sound system of employee performance appraisal and incentive mechanism should be said that one of the most important causes of this phenomenon.
