基于“三有三讲”的德育导师制授导方法应当抓住教育管理的重要环节,一是要充分了解学生状况,周密制定教育方案;二是要引导学生自我剖析,对照排查存在问题;三是要组织开展座谈交流,解决学生思想困惑;四是要指导参与社会活动,锻炼学生综合能力;五是建立家校联系通道,取得家长密切配合;六是要重点关注特殊学生,整合资源开展教育。
