500kV徐沪输电线路工程江都至黄渡段274基础的混凝土骨料中有类似风化石及泥石,试块强度虽符合设计要求,还有较大裕度,但对实体基础混凝土强度仍感不放心。为确保基础的安全运行,同时也为进一步验证混凝土试块强度及基础混凝土强度,我们对该基础作了取芯试验。取芯设备采用南京交通实验仪器厂生产的JXZ-1型混凝土取芯钻孔机。该机操作简便,主机轻巧灵活,取芯迅速,试样精确光洁,对钻取物不发生意外破损。

The coring equipment adopts the JXZ-1 concrete core drilling machine produced by Nanjing Traffic Experiment Instrument Factory. The machine is easy to operate, the host is lightweight and flexible, the core is fast, the sample is precise and smooth, and accidental damage to the drilled product does not occur.
