素质教育趋势下,教育教学目标要兼顾学生能力与品格两个方面。职业教育作为我国教育教学体系的一部分,在为当地经济发展输送技能型人才等方面发挥着积极作用。但当前,受到外部环境等诸多因素的影响,技校学生道德素养方面出现了一些不和谐现象,如教育方式单一等,在很大程度上影响了学生综合素质提升。文章对当前技校德育教学现状进行分析,并结合技校学生特征探讨在班级管理中深化德育教学的相关建议与对策。
The trend of quality education, education and teaching objectives should take into account both the ability and character of students. Vocational education, as part of our education and teaching system, plays an active role in transporting skilled personnel to the local economy. However, at present, due to the influence of many factors such as the external environment, there are some discordant phenomena in the moral accomplishments of technical school students, such as the single mode of education, which greatly affects the overall quality of students. This article analyzes the present situation of moral education in technical schools and the related suggestions and countermeasures of deepening moral education in class management combined with the characteristics of technical school students.
