研究了高效率端铣边缘毛刺的生成机理,分析讨论了毛刺类型及其与切削参数、几何角度、刀具磨损因素的关系后,指出端铣边缘毛刺的生成与端铣刀齿切入、切出方式有关,并提出了减少和控制毛刺形成的工艺措施。
The generation mechanism of high efficiency end milling edge burrs is studied. The types of burrs and their relationship with cutting parameters, geometrical angles and tool wear factors are analyzed and discussed. Related, and proposed to reduce and control the formation of burr process measures.
