本文报道经尿道激光照射治疗膀胱肿瘤150例(322次,瘤体958个),有效率100％。有4例发生并发症:迟发性膀胱穿孔1例,出血2例,腹膜刺激症1例。本文对激光治疗膀胱肿瘤的技术及指征等进行了讨论。
This article reports the transurethral laser irradiation treatment of bladder cancer in 150 cases (322 times, tumor 958), the efficiency of 100%. Complications occurred in 4 cases: 1 case of delayed bladder perforation, 2 cases of hemorrhage and 1 case of peritoneal irritation. This article discusses the laser treatment of bladder cancer techniques and indications.
