编辑同志:我所在公司实行的是计件工时制,即只要员工每天完成规定数量的合格产品,公司便按照劳动合同的约定,向员工支付当月工资。为能早些回老家过年,在放假前半个月我便主动延迟下班时间,且常常工作到很晚,甚至双休日也照常上班、延时,希望能尽快提前完成全月的生产任务,以便“挤出”更多的时间。公司虽然对此表示认同,但又明确表示,因公司并没有要求我加班,也没有对我增加任何任务,故我的情况不属于加班,我无权要求支付加班费用。
