“抓两头带中间”是老师们在数学教学中常用的措施,优秀生和后进生得到老师的指导较多,中间层次的学生往往成为关注的盲点。许多老师认为:只要抓好了两头,就自然带动了中间。对占大多数的中间生来说,其求知欲、创造力、自尊心往往会受到伤害,个性思维品质不能得到充分的发挥,这与教学要面向全体学生是不相符的。因此,我们要给予中间生更多的关注。
“Scratching two heads with the middle” is a common measure for teachers in mathematics teaching. Excellent students and undergraduates receive more guidance from teachers, and middle-level students often become blind spots of concern. Many teachers believe that as long as they grasp two ends, they naturally lead the middle. For most intermediate students, their desire for knowledge, creativity, and self-esteem are often hurt, and the quality of individual thinking cannot be fully utilized. This is inconsistent with the teaching of all students. Therefore, we must give more attention to intermediate students.
