目的比较石英纤维桩与不同金属铸造桩在上颌前牙残冠、残根修复中的临床疗效,探讨上颌前牙残冠、残根的最佳修复方法。方法上颌前牙残冠、残根患者150例共150颗患牙,经完善根管治疗后,随机分为A组(铸造钴铬桩)、B组(铸造金钯桩)与C组(石英纤维桩),每组50例(50颗患牙),比较3组患者0.5~2a临床疗效。结果 A组4例发生根裂,与B、C组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);发生桩核松动、脱落及牙龈颜色改变各1例,与B、C组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);B组1例桩核折断与A、C组比较差异无统计意义(P>0.05);C组无桩核折断、松动脱落、根裂及牙龈颜色变化。结论石英纤维桩应用于残冠、残根修复的临床效果优于铸造金属桩,铸造金钯桩的临床效果优于铸造钴铬桩。
Objective To compare the clinical efficacy of quartz fiber post and different metal cast piles in the treatment of maxillary anterior teeth residual crown and residual root, and to explore the best repair method of the residual crown and residual root of maxillary anterior teeth. Methods A total of 150 teeth of 150 cases with maxillary anterior teeth residual crown and residual root were divided into group A (cast cobalt-chromium pile), group B (cast gold-palladium pile) and group C (quartz Fiber posts), each group of 50 patients (50 teeth), the clinical efficacy of 0.5 ~ 2a in 3 groups were compared. Results There were 4 cases of root rupture in group A, there was a significant difference compared with group B and C (P <0.05), 1 case of loose and detached stump, and 1 case of change of gingival color. There was no significant difference between group B and C (P> 0.05). There was no significant difference between group B and group A and group C (P> 0.05). There was no breakage, looseness, change of root gingival and gum color in group C (P> 0.05). Conclusion The clinical application of quartz fiber post to residual crown and residual root repair is better than casting metal post. The effect of casting gold-palladium post is better than that of casting cobalt-chromium post.
