我从教至今,已有十五个年头,其中,教初二有5年的时间我发现,学生的数学成绩与初一相比,出现了严重的两极分化的趋势,为什么老师拼命得教,学生的成绩总上不来呢,造成这种两极分化的原因在哪里呢?又如何加以预防和弥补呢?为此,我经过十几年教学的总结和课外的研究,总结出以下几点不成熟的见解。一、造成学生数学成绩两极分化的原因1.对数学的学习兴趣减退和学习意志不坚强 I have taught for 15 years now.
