《黔之驴》是柳宗元《三戒》中的第二篇,柳在这组文章前面写了个小序: “吾恒恶世之人不知推己之本而乘物以逞,或依势以干其非类,出技以怒强,窃时以肆暴,然卒殆于祸。有客谈麋、驴、鼠三物,似其事,作《三戒》。”很明显,上述引文中“依势以干其非类,出技以怒强,窃时以肆暴”这三句话是分别指麋、驴、鼠这“三物”的,而“出技以怒强”指的正是“黔之驴”。《黔之驴》原文末尾有“卒章显志”的几句话:“噫!形之庞也类有德,声之宏也类有能,向不出其技,虎虽猛,疑畏卒不敢取;今若是焉,悲夫!”可以看出,柳宗元写这篇文章的原意,是要告诫人们:①要有真本领,真才实学;②如果没有真本领,千万不能轻易
