本文作者于1986年5月~1988年2月对云南省乙脑高发流行区洱源县右所镇的蚊类种群组成、季节消长、成蚊自然带毒率;媒蚊密度与乙脑流行关系;猪群感染乙脑动态与人群发病的关系;乙脑流行前后人群免疫水平;乙脑病毒的分离与鉴定等项目进行了系统监测研究。结果表明:中华按蚊、纹腿库蚊是该地区的优势蚊种,1~11月可见蚊虫活动。从人房及畜厩捕获的中华按蚊,三带喙库蚊及麻翅库蚊中分离到乙脑病毒8株。证明中华按蚊及三带喙库蚊与乙脑流行有密切关系。麻翅库蚊分离到乙脑病毒属国内首次报道,该蚊种自然带毒率为14%±0.007328,对乙脑的传播作用应引起注意
The authors studied the mosquito population composition, seasonal fluctuation and natural virulence rates of mosquitoes in Yubeizhen town, Egyuan County, Yunnan Province from May 1986 to February 1988. The relationship between mosquito density and the prevalence of Japanese encephalitis ; The relationship between the dynamic changes of Japanese encephalitis in swine herds and the incidence of the population; the immunity level before and after the epidemic of Japanese encephalitis; the isolation and identification of Japanese encephalitis virus were systematically monitored. The results showed that Anopheles sinensis and Culex pipiens pallens were the dominant mosquito species in the area, and mosquitoes could be seen from January to November. Eight strains of JE were isolated from Anopheles sinensis, Culex tritaeniorhynchus and Culex. Prove that Anopheles sinensis and Culex tritaeniorhynchus and JE epidemic are closely related. Cx.
