目的:探讨心脏再同步化治疗(CRT)患者急性血流动力学反应(AHR)与逆重构(RR)之间的关系。背景:CRT降低心力衰竭患者的发病率和病死率,但是超过30%的患者并未明显获益。较高比例的患者并未重构。多中心的试验表明超声技术提高反应率的作用有限。笔者假设植入CRT时AHR的程度可以预测什么样的患者发生重构。
Objective: To investigate the relationship between acute hemodynamic response (AHR) and inverse remodeling (RR) in cardiac resynchronization therapy (CRT). Background: CRT reduces morbidity and mortality in patients with heart failure, but no significant benefit is seen in more than 30% of patients. A higher proportion of patients did not reconstruct. Multicentre trials have shown that ultrasonic technology has a limited effect on improving response rates. The author hypothesizes that the degree of AHR when CRT is implanted can predict what kind of patient will undergo remodeling.
