一、在良好的师生团体中形成促进的桥梁与学生的相处需要很多的耐心与技巧,教师应该深刻认识到,在给学生讲授知识的同时,也是自身的一个学习过程,教师应与学生共同学习、共同提高,互动式教学能够很好地体现出这一点.在互动式教学中,一方面可以发挥学生在学习中的主体作用,提高学生学习的积极性,使他们能够发现学习中的问题,并学会分析问题与解决问题的方法;另一方面,师生之间的交流、讨论,可以搭建良好的学习氛围,形成近乎完美的教学方式.
First, the formation of a bridge for promotion in a good teacher-student community requires a lot of patience and skill. Teachers should be fully aware that while teaching students knowledge, it is also a learning process of their own. Teachers should work with students. Learning and co-improvement, interactive teaching can well reflect this point. In interactive teaching, on the one hand, students can play a major role in learning, improve students’ enthusiasm for learning, so that they can find problems in learning. And learn how to analyze problems and solve problems; on the other hand, exchanges and discussions between teachers and students can build a good learning atmosphere and form a near perfect teaching method.
