本试验通过测定不同程度低温胁迫下紫花苜蓿抗氧化酶活性,研究了秋季施用不同水平磷钾肥对沙地苜蓿抗寒特性的影响.结果表明,在逐渐增强的低温胁迫下,钾肥可以显著降低苜蓿根颈中丙二醛含量(P<0.05),随着磷肥用量的增加,苜蓿根颈中丙二醛含量有增加趋势;随着钾肥处理用量的增加,苜蓿根颈抗氧化酶活性呈现逐渐增强趋势;随着磷肥处理用量的增加,苜蓿根颈抗氧化酶活性呈现逐渐降低趋势.秋季对沙地紫花苜蓿施用250 kg·hm~(-2)氯化钾,能够较大程度地提高苜蓿根颈抗氧化酶活性,增强其抗寒能力.
In this experiment, the antioxidant enzyme activities of alfalfa under low temperature stress were measured, and the effects of applying different levels of phosphorus and potassium fertilizers on the cold resistance of alfalfa (Medicago sativa L.) in autumn were studied.The results showed that under the condition of gradually increasing low temperature stress, (P <0.05). The contents of malondialdehyde in the root of alfalfa increased with the increase of the amount of phosphate fertilizer. With the increase of potassium fertilizer, the activity of antioxidant enzyme in roots of alfalfa increased gradually Trend.With the increasing amount of phosphate fertilizer, the activity of antioxidant enzymes in root of alfalfa showed a decreasing trend.The application of 250 kg · hm -2 potassium chloride to the alfalfa saplings in autumn could increase the content of alfalfa root Cervical antioxidant enzyme activity, enhance its ability to cold.
