目前从国内外研制的气体激光器来看,有一特点,即只能充某种工作气体,输出某种波长激光的单一性器件。能分别充入几种不同工作气体,配以相应的谐振腔镜片,分别获得不同激光输出的多功能器件为罕见。目前国内各高等院校,科研单位,厂矿企业等,对各类激光器的使用越来越多。因一台激光器只能输出一种波长,给用户和激光的应用带来很大不便。我们研制的“横向激励多功能气体激光器”可抵三台激光器使用。当分别充以N_2、CO_2lXe_2和HCl气体,配以相应的谐振腔窗片,就能分别用作N_2激光器,CO_2激光器和XeC、
