目的:总结因颅内高压使用甘露醇致急性肾功能衰竭问题及处理经验,探讨甘露醇诱发急性肾功能衰竭发生与其使用的量及时间的关系,从而减少甘露醇诱发急性肾功能衰竭的发生率。方法:对因脑血管意外引起颅内高压而使用甘露醇诱发急性肾功能衰竭12例行腹膜透析患者进行回顾性分析。结果:治愈11例(占91.7%),死亡1例(占8.3%)。结论:甘露醇对肾脏有一定的毒性作用,它诱发急性肾衰与其使用的量及持续时间呈正相关,一旦急性肾衰发生,须立即停用和(或)使用腹膜透析等血液净化技术,一般预后良好。
OBJECTIVE: To summarize the problems and management of acute renal failure caused by mannitol during intracranial hypertension and to explore the relationship between mannitol-induced acute renal failure and the amount and time of its use, so as to reduce the incidence of mannitol-induced acute renal failure . Methods: A retrospective analysis of 12 patients undergoing peritoneal dialysis using mannitol-induced acute renal failure due to intracranial hypertension caused by cerebrovascular accident was performed. Results: 11 cases (91.7%) were cured and 1 died (8.3%). Conclusion: Mannitol has a certain toxic effect on the kidneys. It induces acute renal failure with a positive correlation with the amount and duration of use. Once acute renal failure occurs, blood purification should be discontinued and / or peritoneally dialyzed The prognosis is good.
